Buyers & Real Estate Agents
Through Picsfront Media Oy's ("PM") web shop www.frontpics.fi ("web shop"), usage rights (licenses) for exterior photographs of residential buildings can be purchased for publication in real estate agency ("agent") assignments.
All rights to the photographs belong to the professional photographers who took the images and have an agreement with PM regarding the sale of usage rights in its web shop. The seller of the image usage rights from the web shop to the real estate agent is PM, and the buyer is the agent making the purchase from the web shop.
The usage right includes publishing the image on platforms and websites agreed upon in the real estate assignment. The validity of the usage right terminates when the agreed property has been sold or when the real estate assignment agreement for which the image usage right was purchased has terminated for any other reason.
The agent must have an adequate balance of credits purchased from the web shop to purchase usage rights. Credit purchases are paid against an invoice billed by PM to the agent or the company they represent.
The agent must enter their billing details in their profile settings. The purchase of usage rights for each image further requires that the agent has accepted these delivery terms.
Photographers ("Contract Terms")
Through Picsfront Media Oy's ("PM") web shop www.frontpics.fi ("web shop"), usage rights for exterior photographs of residential buildings can be purchased for publication in real estate agency assignments.
All rights to the photographs remain with the professional photographers ("photographer") who took the images. Under this agreement, the photographer agrees with PM to transfer usage rights of their images to PM solely for the purpose and scope of PM sublicensing and selling them in the web shop under PM's name for real estate agencies to utilize in their assignments. PM's own license to the images activates at the moment it sells and transfers the license to the real estate agency, and simultaneously PM's own license ceases upon transfer to the agency.
The seller of the image licenses to the real estate agent is PM, and the buyer is the agent making the purchase from the web shop.
The license includes publishing the image on platforms and websites agreed upon in the real estate assignment. The real estate agency's license terminates when the agreed property has been sold or when the real estate assignment agreement has terminated for any other reason.
